  • Gasten zullen zeker genieten van een onvergetelijke vakantie in deze volledig ingerichte suite met 1 slaapkamer / 2 badkamers. De hoofd / slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed met een eigen badkamer, terwijl de woonkamer is ingericht met een queensize slaapbank en comfortabel slapen voor 4 personen. Er is ook een tweede volledige bad uit de gang. De sfeervol ingerichte woonkamer heeft volledig uitzicht op de oceaan via glazen schuifregelaars naar uw eigen balkon waar u kunt ontspannen met de rustgevende geluiden van de rollende golven. De keuken is perfect om te dineren met een ontbijtbar en eettafel en is uitgerust met een volledige koelkast, fornuis met oven, magnetron en vaatwasser, koffiezetapparaat, servies, glazen, bestek en kookgerei.
    Gelegen op Cocoa Beach, kunnen gasten genieten van een middag zwemmen en zonnebaden of een wandeling maken over het eindeloze witte zandstrand. Als u wilt, kunt u ook ontspannen en tot rust komen aan het zwembad. Het resort biedt strandvolleybal, tennis, shuffleboard en vele andere activiteiten als u wilt deelnemen. Verhuur is beschikbaar in het resort voor surfplanken, paddleboards, fietsen, kajaks, strandspullen en visgerei. Afhankelijk van de lanceringsschema's, kun je vanaf je eigen balkon getuige zijn van een lancering in de lucht vanuit het nabijgelegen Kennedy Space Center !! Het nieuwe, volledig uitgeruste activiteitencentrum biedt verhuurapparatuur, indoor racquetball, trainingcentrum, arcade- en videogames. Het resort beschikt ook over een eigen bar en restaurant.
    Breng de dag weg en geniet van activiteiten zoals een Victory Casino Cruise vanuit het nabijgelegen Port Canaveral, een rondleiding door het Kennedy Space Center of een bezoek aan de vele attracties in Orlando, waaronder de Disney-parken, Universal Studios & Sea World.

On the beach

Great to see a sunrise every day .Condo is nice and good location.It is outdated. Carpeting should be replaced with wood flooring.

Very nice!

I think the check-in and check-out process could have been made a lot more clear because when we showed up, the person at the desk said we have the place checkout for 2 weeks when we were only supposed to have it for 3 nights. Everything ended up working out because the person we checked out with knew what to do but if it wasn’t for her, I don’t know how it would have worked. Other than checking in and out, the place was great! It was so cute and homey and has an amazing view!! The whole time, we said we would definitely go back! Everything is in walking distance too which is great. Overall a really nice and enjoyable place!

Filthy

The location and view was amazing. The unit was dated and filthy. The carpets are beyond disgusting they were literally crusty with filth and matted down beyond repair. I am not talking surface filth and stains they are so worn and grimy I refused to walk on them without shoes. My husbands socks were filthy from the carpets and the corners of of the floors filthyfloors.

The highs were high and lows were low. In reading the other reviews, they still ring true as little has been improved despite others’ complaints. When we arrived, the check in process was confusing (which after speaking to Martha she said she had tried to rectify this issue by having us use her name at check in—we never saw this information until after the fact. After multiple phone calls, the situation was fixed). When we finally got to our room, it was filthy and had not been cleaned. Martha was very responsive as was the office staff. We were put into another nearby room with compensation for one night and able to move back into this condo the next day. Most of these units are time shares, while this is a VRBO. This was very confusing to the staff that worked there. The room was dated—carpet filthy, burners on stove not working, and even after the unit was cleaned, tables were soiled and hair and dirt remained on the bathroom floor. We were disappointed to find that nothing extra was included—coffee filters, beach chairs, salt and pepper—none of the extras usually found in other VRBOs, which really is a pain when flying and unable to bring these things along. Otherwise, Martha’s quick response with our issues, the views from the balcony, location to everything around us and the price point would still leave us considering staying here again.

Nice location but very dated

Pros-the staff of the property were very helpful, particularly the maintenance staff and housekeeping. The location, right on the beach, is excellent. The resort has lots of amenities for families. It was quiet. Cons-when we arrived the reception had no record of our rental. After 10 minutes of stress, finally one staff member was able to find our rental since it is not their usual timeshare rental. When we got to the room it had not been cleaned; the bed was unmade, trash in cans, dirty linens. The housekeeping came quickly to clean, but it’s hard to get someone else’s mess out of our mind. The TV did not work, although the maintenance and security staff worked hard to try to fix it. Also the coffee pot did not work, but housekeeping replaced it. The sliding glass door to the balcony is so rusted and difficult to open that I couldn’t have opened it without my husband’s assistance. Overall, the condo is very dated and needs the carpet replace and some updating in the bathrooms. The bed was very comfortable and the a/c/heat worked well.

It was nice and clean, could use more towels in the condo. Maybe higher chairs on the balcony. Other than that it was nice for the night.

Great View and Location!

Beautiful view of Cocoa Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. It’s different than other VRBO properties I’ve stayed at- there’s a hotel out front and the condo is in the back. You check in like a regular hotel to get your keys. Unfortunately they had no record of my reservation so I had to call the owner and she was very helpful getting it resolved. There’s a bar/grill by the pool and two restaurants out front by the hotel, so lots to do on the grounds. The unit was older and dated, but clean and met our needs. The balcony was great for enjoying the incredible view. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Nice Beach front condo's

Although its older buildings, it was nice, and I loved the close location to the beach and that all the condo rooms are facing the beach. The pool is in a nice sunny spot, but across the parking lot and I didn't like the communal coin laundry, would've been nice if each room had it's own washer/dryer. I travelled with my elderly mother with a walking disability and although the resort has handicap parking, accessibility is a bit of a struggle, re: distance to elevator and the C building had steps and a long walk to the handicap parking. Location is close to many good restaurants. All said I did enjoy my stay, but if you're travelling with a handicap person it's not as convenient. Would stay again if on my own

Great Place!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean. I really liked the towel service and the house keeping. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful and not very crowded. The location is close to restaurants and shops.
