'The rooms look very nice and great design. That is the good part. But the rooms lack sound proof, it can be are very noisy with doors closing and other guests in next rooms. Further after check out I needed to get something from my case and called three times the reception at 11:45, no answer. I hurried back to the hotel and was there at 11:50 but it was already closed. No idea when it will be open again but this is terrible service provided. Last time I stayed here.'

'This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. The room was dirty and the staff seemed disorganized and unprepared. While the location near the station sounds convenient on paper, the street itself is a serious problem: the building next door appears to be a hub for drug activity, with addicts constantly coming and going. They gather in groups right at the hotel entrance and along the street, which makes the area feel genuinely unsafe, especially at night. It felt like tourists were being...

'Rooms and bed were fine, staff is friendly. Cleanliness and breakfast were OK. My only annoyance is that the shower bar was broken, so that I had to continuously hold the shower head. '
