'Very comfortable, nice to have an onsite restaurant. Great breakfasts. Staff were very accommodating. Nice furnishings in the room - modern bathroom. I left my jacket in the wardrobe and realized 4 days later! I emailed and received a quick response. Housekeeping had it and it was posted to me the next day. Thank you so much!'

'Kamer boven de bar. Elke avond luide muziek , die al om 17.00 uur begon .Er zat geen mens in de bar, alleen het personeel! Gasten kwamen om te eten pas 20.00 of later. Maar dat was alleen in het weekend. De andere dagen hebben wij alleen gedineerd of er was nog een ander stel. Op de vraag of de muziek wat zachter kon , deden ze dat wel, maar minimaal resultaat!Verder weinig parking plaats. hebben de auto laten staan alle dagen en met locaal vervoer uitstapjes gemaakt om risico van niet te kunnen...

'Hotel is situated in a very convenient location right across the promenade and pier. I personally felt that the bed was small for two people, but the room was maintained well with cleanliness to good standard. Lovely staff who were quite helpful with our tour plans. I particularly loved their breakfast options. Would definitely stay again if I visited the town.'

'Modern, relaxed with super service, food and rooms. Bed mattress amazingly comfortable. Spa great and nice outdoor touches with seating with great views and water features. Nothing was too much trouble. Birthday card left in room and birthday plate after our meal, thank you. Clearly run with great management and leadership. We will return.'

'Everything was perfect, except on the last day Sunday 27th july. Service at breakfast was very poor. 5 staff stood talking at reception desk at breakfast and had eaten breakfast before we ask 3 staff for coffee or tea. We waited 20 minutes before we got tea & coffee. Otherwise everything was perfect. '

'It’s very good location nice breakfast it’s amazing. Parking is little bit difficult coz I did not know I need to pre book it’s only one day and next day was good . I like to see view from my hotel room . I will recommend 5 star rate '

'Great hotel in a lovely location. The hotel staff are polite, courteous and friendly. Rooms are comfy but you need an upgrade for a view. Breakfast was excellent and a warm welcome from the staff. Parking is a bit limited and with narrow bays door knocks may be an issue but overall this is a great place to spend a break in Llandudno. '

'It was approx 15 mins walk to the main town of Llandudno, was clean and tidy and had a big bathroom, our room had a bathroom on a lower level so had to go down a few stairs. Unsure if other rooms had more accessable bathrooms but worth asking if your not very mobile. Lovely breakfast but asked for it for 8am and got there at 8 but a bit slow on the service and received breakfast at 8:50. All in all a very nice stay with friendly staff and clean and well presented rooms.'

'De internetprijs bij gebruik van eigen laptop was hoog, en bij gebruik van de hotelcomputer maar liefst het dubbele! Het ontbijt was ook heel duur, maar wij hadden gelukkig ons eigen brood. Het personeel was aardig en de kamer was voortdurend in orde. Het verblijf was zeer aangenaam, en het hotel staat in een rustige buurt.'
