'Even though I filled in all the paperwork in advance I wasn’t sent the codes to enter. They do not have staff on site and I had to call a couple of times to get it resolved. After we finally got in the place was nice. It looked like the photos. The art was cool. The kids liked the “balconies” mainly because they couldn’t figure out the purpose. It would be nice to have a table since there is a kitchen area. The beds are ok, not the most comfortable. The place worked for what we needed it for....

'I thought that the room looked clean upon entering. Right away noticed that the drain in the tub was not draining properly. You had to take a shower with a pool of water at your feet. They said they will send a handyman up, but that did not fix the issue. It's because it's an old building? I wasn't sure what to think the next morning after my son got out of bed and there was a pair of women's underwear mixed up with the sheets. I was stunned and shocked. I checked out and politely told the lady...

'I did like the location of this hotel. it was right downtown Hamilton. Very near the Jackson Square mall. And it has a (expensive) parking garage. And some of the staff where very nice,polite and helpfull. But that was about it in a positive way. Now for the downsides: They don't accept cash, till you say: I only have cash... A hotel is not a car rental. Hotels should accept cash. Period. There are only 2 elevators for 16 floors. Very long waiting time for the elevators. Imagine when 1 elevator...
