'Vallue for money. The suite was nice furntured. Not large but fully equiped with everything you need. We requested a room on the top floor, but we could not enter de room early. Room was ready for us at 4:20PM. '

'Room very clean, staff friendly and accommodating. Only real issue was the card reader on the room door: wasn’t reading the key and the staff had to “jumpstart” the lock.'

'We had to go to the upstairs room cause they where short on staff had to call the cleaning lady my self see if she can clean the room so we didn’t have to go upstairs due to my mom condition she said no I’m leaving I don’t have time to clean the room really bad experience it say breakfast including it was just coffee '

'Parking lot was very small. The shower head was leaking all our stay causing the floor to be wet. The shower crying had a hole in it, the curtain looked very old. The curtain for the window also had holes in it and there was tape trying to cover them. Over all it was very bad, the pictures weren’t accurate to the actual property. '

'Staff were very friendly and helpful at the registration desk. The room was clean and comfortable but did have some wear and tear in some places like the wall paper in the bathroom. The staff at the main dining area took long to approach and take our order and some were not very friendly, but it was still convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed the arcade. Breakfast was also great. '

'We had a rather unpleasant experience. There were no TV remotes, the air conditioning unit kept malfunctioning every 20 minutes, and the ironing board was broken. These were not the amenities we had anticipated. '

'This resort is unacceptable for a Hyatt property. On the positive side, the design of the pool itself was great for the area, and one of the few properties with a lazy river. The water temperature was refreshing. Beyond that, not much to like. For context, we stayed here on weekdays. The service here was terrible and unacceptable for this type of resort. The restaurants were significantly understaffed, with extremely slow service for both bar and restaurants. Housekeeping and bell desk...
