'The room was cozy. I kind of wished there was an extra blanket for the bed. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels. I liked the vanity light and appreciated all of the soaps supplied for me to use. Check in/check out was a breeze. Breakfast was delicious. I liked the coffee machine and the ability to have a fresh cup. The staff members were so kind and helpful. Would stay again. '

'Not at all as pictured. These are clearly not of this property. They couldn’t give us extra pillows. The phone was inoperable. The faucet handle was broken. No privacy between bathroom and the rest of the room. When informed of issues the response was “okay” without even a note being taken. They charged $100 to my card without an explanation. The cops arrived to get a “tenant” out that wasn’t paying. Divided into two buildings completely separate from main entrance. We felt unsafe. '
