I had a confirmed reservation at this hotel two days ago and was treated in a completely disrespectful and humiliating manner by the receptionist.
Because I did not have the deposit available at that exact moment, instead of handling the situation professionally or offering options, I was abruptly told to leave the property and “find another place.”
The situation escalated unnecessarily to the point where the police were called, even though I was calmly speaking with the company’s customer service at the time.
As a paying customer with a valid reservation, I felt degraded and dismissed. There was a total lack of professionalism, empathy, and proper customer service training.
I travel frequently and have never experienced such treatment at any hotel before. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
I hope the company reviews this incident seriously and provides better training to its front desk staff to prevent future guests from being treated this way.
