The open plan kitchen dining room face the double French doors to let the outside in and enjoy the seamless flow to the patio. There is ample counter space making meal prep a pleasure. A full suite of modern appliances including an electric oven, microwave, hob, kettle, and coffee press. There is a separate utility/boot room that leads into the kitchen via the backdoor where guests will find a washing machine and dryer and a second sink.

Just off of the kitchen and dining area, you will find a picnic bench on the stone patio, ideal for laid back lunches. Tucked into the lawn this space features a stone patio with a firepit and surround seating cosy nights under the stars. After sandy beach walks or sea swims, rinse off under the convenient outdoor shower before heading inside.
