« The house is located in a quite neighborhood. The space is large and easy to use, there are stairs and all the rooms are on the 2nd floor. I didn't realize it was a duplex and the owners lived in the other 1/2 of the house. »

« We were please with this top floor property which was only 3.5 miles where we were for graduation weekend. The apartment is well-appointed and quiet. Karl was an excellent and highly responsive host. Some reviews mention difficulties accessing the driveway because of the unusual road intersections there, but we did not find that an issue. The parking is ample and behind the building. Nice yard, patio, and grill area. Not fancy but very functional. We would stay there again. »

« This was the perfect house for our family’s long weekend getaway to coastal New England. The house was beautiful and spotless, and came with everything you might need and more. We loved the griddle, the hot tub and my son loved the game room. Would definitely stay again! »

« My family and I came for an 8 day event from a different state and wanted a clean and comfortable place to stay with our at the time 9 month old daughter. And this place did exactly that. Comfortable and CLEAN. The owner did a great job with details. Even when we had unexpected check out delays the owner showed human empathy. Great place! »

« Located so perfectly close to everything we wanted to do on vacation. The house was so clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was A++. The neighbors were even so friendly and waving/smiling. It felt as if we were home. If we come back to that area again we hope this place will be available. »

« We had plenty of beds to accommodate all 9 of us in the house. They provided everything we needed from dishwasher and laundry detergent to towels. The property manager was extremely responsive. Could not have asked for a better host!! »

« We had a wonderful stay. The house was spotless and well appointed with modern fixtures. King bed in Master bedroom plus four additional bedrooms each with a bed slept our gang comfortably. Backyard pergola with settee and hammocks set the relaxing tone for the weekend. Looking forward to booking it again. »
