Location is ideal. Useless bay is a very smelly area, almost sewage smelling. Could smell it in the house as well. For the summer there really needs to be a larger umbrella on the deck so that people can sit out on the chaise loungers and enjoy the view and warmth without being beaten down by the hot sun. The umbrella on the tiny little table was way too small but a free standing umbrella for the chaise chairs would have been ideal. No where on the property to get out of the sun and still be outside. Would consider getting rid of the hot tub as the downstairs sleeping area smelled of hot tub like I was sleeping in a pool area. Parking area is scary as a large car sticks out in the road, fortunately ours were small and we parked right up to the garage. Owner had their own set of signs inside the house that went against what the property management info was. Also if providing a washer/dryer would have been nice to have laundry detergent. We had a toddler with us and needed to change their bedding/clothes fairly often due to potty training and only detergent available was the small packet in the Vacasa box that was gone after 1 washing. We were there for 3 nights, 4 days. Had no problem bringing our own but the amenities page said nothing about whether there was any on site to use. Since the property borders other private properties it would have been nice to know what the rules of walking on the beach were other than when low tide was out. Property needs TLC cleaning.
