The neighbors were so nice they all spoke to us like we were going to be lifelong friends. We saw a whale while we walked along the beach - it was about 20 feet from us! Memory of a lifetime. During one of the hottest periods in Seattle's history, the portable unit was not sufficient to keep the home comfortable. « I filtered for an entire place, but this is actually a basement unit with people living above, which greatly affected privacy and noise. You can clearly hear upstairs activity, even toilet flushing, which defeats the purpose of a private rental.I booked this stay so I could cook, but there is no oven and no freezer (not disclosed). « Suitable for a short stay the place itself was very clean with a nice living room and dining area. The location is in the middle of no where and the property is basically an annex on someone’s land. You can see a bit of water but the sounding views weren’t exceptional. The main draw back was the beds. One squeaked so bad every time you moved a finger that we didn’t get much sleep. Needs some upgrades for sure »

« This was one of the best I have stayed at in a long time. Super clean, had anything and everything I needed. Fully stocked kitchen. Bed was very comfy, AC was a wonderful treat and the hot tub was clean and pristine. The location is close to shops, groceries and restaurants. I am local and went for a solo getaway. This will be a return spot for sure. Highly recommend. »
