'We enjoyed the hot tub, the bath was great to use to rinse off after the hot tub. The bath was a bit big, so the hot water didnt stay hot to fill it. The outside fire area is private and secluded at night, and very enjoyable with the outdoor lights! The wifi worked well on our devices, but the tv wifi didnt allow us to finish out movie. 'This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. It does not take six hours to clean a unit. Also, the stay requires a download of an app, but we did not receive check in information (just an email with a broken link) so...

'Wonderful stay at this beautiful house. Beds were super comfy, kitchen had everything we needed and the view was beautiful.! Didn’t realize that people live in the basement when we booked it as nothing mentioned in description. Not a big deal as we never heard or saw them only the cigarette smell coming in when we were on the deck or had the window open. 'It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. We had numerous calls trying to get someone to help us and everyone informed us they couldn’t help us until 4 o’clock when we could use a code that would be emailed to us privately to get into the hotel.
