'Good experience, clean and comfortable apartment. The check took 20-30 min longer as expected. This was due to the busy schedule of the caretaker. Communication was easy, and replies were fast and adequate. Location is great; I loved the little balcony allowing me to sit outside; the temperature in Athens was very agreeable! 10 min walk to conference center/Metro. Many coffee shops and places to relax as well as stores for shopping. Would stay here again'

'The staff especially were very helpful Organised transportation to and from Athens airport, as well as offering a good selection of local spots for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Customer service was fantastic. Rooms very clean and secure. A lovely spot to travel Athens from. Not too far from anywhere if you like a walk, but transportation is very easy to acquire as well.'

'We hadden als familiekamer de combinatie van kamer 114 en 115. Het enige nadeel was dat deze kamer maar op de eerste verdieping lag en dat we even moesten wennen aan het verkleer in de avond. Maar de kamers zelf maakten dat ruimschoots goed. Heerlijke bedden, voldoende ruimte voor de bagage, slippers en een badjas, twee badkamers met een heerlijke regendouche en een halletje dat de verbinding vormde tussen kamer 114 en 115. 'Opened recently in April 2026, this brand new Conrad has nailed what modern luxury travellers need. The wellness centre and pools are incredibly oversized and a real luxury for a city hotel. The rooms are very well appointed and beds extremely comfortable. Service was excellent and the breakfast at Byzantino is superb.'

'Tallest hotel in Greece with a good sized rooftop pool! Honestly amazing for those hot summer days when you need to cool down after strolling the streets of Athens + stunning view. Staff was incredibly friendly, maybe even the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at hotels! View from the room was also gorgeous, the room & bathroom are on the smaller side and a bit dusty but the +++ make up for it. I do think the consumption fee for the sunbeds is a bit unneccesary since you already pay for...

'I asked for 2 separate beds and they gave me one bed although when I booked online they confirmed my booking and I complained they said to me it depends on availability. I am not happy with that hotel at all and I will never go back . Breakfast was a big deal I stayed in other hotels before and their breakfast was the best . Lots of selections and fresh squeezed orange juice and made to order traditional Greek coffee .'
