« This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in recent memory. I have spent several nights at this hotel recently. The service was excellent, breakfast was by far the best. Staff were all friendly, courteous and patient with my circumstances. Because of this, I chose to give them more business the next time I was passing through. »

« This was a go-to hotel for years until conditions deteriorated. We decided to give the place another try and we were very happy we did so! Very clean room and courteous service. We even were able to borrow a phone charging cord when one of ours was missing. Our lone issue is that the accessible/no-steps door by the southwest corner was blocked, and for us as elders (and one person with a disability), it would be helpful to use a ramp and not have to climb steps in the future. « This is hardly a 5-star room BUT I didn't need a fancy room because I was busy at the SURF DISTRICT & BALLROOM & barely there. I gave this room an EXCELLENT because it offered what I truly NEEDED. 1.A FABULOUS HOT, GREAT PRESSURE SHOWER, 2. Enjoyable free breakfast & COFFEE, 3. PET FRIENDLY, 4. VERY friendly staff.
