This spacious mountain residence is perfect for multiple families or large group retreats with enough space to sleep up to 15 people! Your home away from home has exclusive access to all of the incredible amenities at Sunriver Resort. Tucked away in the forest near Prospectors Golf Course, you can quickly get to beautiful walking trails, the Swim and Fitness Center, Swiftwater Winery, and Batista Park. This wonderful Suncadia craftsman-style home has warm, lodge detailing and is tucked among the trees with views of rolling greens. The large, open two-story great room boasts an expansive floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace, and cozy seating for six. Luxury abounds with soaring vaulted ceilings, glass doors, wood flooring, wooden beam and stone accents, and plush, upscale furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen offers slab granite countertops, top-of-the-line stainless-steel appliances, and hand-scraped hardwoods. The extra-large bar island has seating for five, a bar sink, and plenty of room for food preparation. The adjacent dining table is 14-feet long and seats 12- imagine gathering around here every evening for delectable homemade meals followed by a friendly game of cards. With all of these amenities and more, there is no doubt that this home is perfect and will make for a memorable group vacations. Just like the pictures show!! Close to everything in Suncadia - but we spent most of the time in the home, lots of ammenities, and outdoor space!! Loved it!!

Great getaway!

Whole family enjoyed the home, hot tub, and outdoor fireplace! Home also had a good separation from neighbors and a expansive backyard. Property management company was quick to respond to requests.

We stayed at a Suncadia rental house 3 times in the last 18 months. The house through VRBO was the cleanest. It was also easy to get a few supplies, like extra towels and soap with just a quick text. Since it was a holiday, it was very expensive but definitely worth it!

Great weekend getaway

Checkin was ok, received information for the wrong house at checkin from Suncadia they provided the wrong address and a pin code that obviously wasn’t applicable to the house we rented. The Suncadia telephone service was down so when we called for help I actually got linked to a guests room at the lodge, he was a really nice guy trying to make a dinner reservation. Each of us thought the other was a staff member for 3 separate calls. However it was finally sorted out and the correct key was brought to the house for us however they didn’t give us wrist bands so the next day we had to go back to pick those up in order to use the pool. The hot tub seemed to have some sort of electrical fault when powering the jets it would trip the outside breaker. Also the door locks on the back door dont latch without some significant force. The directions left for the fireplace indicate there is a remote however you actually have to manually light the fireplace and use the gas knob key to get the fire going, the remote was nowhere to be found. Overall great stay but I would recommend whoever does the property management upkeep spends some time mopping the floors a bit as they were pretty dirty when we wiped up some water that had spilled and the locks on the back doors don’t work. I’m actually extremely happy with our stay just wanted to provide feedback for some minor maitnence items that would have made it perfect. Thanks for the last minute accommodations.

Ladies Weekend Getaway

We had 12 adults for my sister's bachelorette celebration. The house was beautiful, quiet neighborhood, and back patio felt private. We loved gathering round the massive dining table, but struggled to fit everyone in the living room. Only complaint was not enough toilet paper and a dishwasher full of unclean dishes (guessing it malfunctioned). Overall we enjoyed the property, shuttle service to Swiftwater, and relaxing atmosphere!

Perfect get away for the guys

We had 7 adults that stayed at the home for a weekend as boys get away. The home had plenty of space for all. The hot tub and firepit outside were great, even in the cold weather. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you wood need with plenty of cups/glasses. This was the first time to Suncadia for most of us. We all agreed that we would be planning a return trip.
