'Comfortable, very well maintained property. Beautiful mountain location. Friendly staff. Each 2nd floor room has nice balcony. Check-in/out procedure extremely efficient. Only negatives would be confusing instructions on setting up TV access (took me about 6 minutes to set up) and hard to open/slide balcony door.'

'So happy that I came across Kingwood. I had communicated with the property manager that I would be a late check in and was reassured there would be no issue at all. Upon arrival my guest and I were greeted with by the very hospitable staff. Once we got settled into our very clean room we proceeded to the restaurant on the property where we had appetizers and cocktails. Food, beverage, and service all top notch.
