'Beds were very comfortable, front porch was extremely relaxing. Just coming out of winter so the ants decided to pay a visit and could use a deep cleaning. Bedroom on the second floor had its own A/C unit which was wonderful. Plenty of firewood by the fire pit. Washer and dryer are huge. 'Well stocked kitchen, you shouldn’t need anything, loved the coffee bar, plenty of towels, the appliances are top notch, bathroom was VERY NICE. The couches are old and stained and thought I was going to fall through on the end of one couch, I put towels on the couch before sitting on them because the stains were just gross to me. Be careful not to stub your toe on the raised brick when stepping to sit on couch. My group did not need the loft, but I would think twice about any children up...

'Beautiful spot on Lake Nolin. Property was well maintained and home was clean. All essentials provided and was as advertised. Host was very responsive too.Only disappointment was the steepness of the hill to the lake. It wasn’t easy to walk down and fish off the dock, it was a hike, but we are all in our 60s so that might have something to do with it. Overall Very Nice!'

'We had a wonderful stay and we even added an extra day to our stay because it was so nice! The property was clean, well maintained and even had games/puzzles for our little one to enjoy. Plenty of wildlife (deer, birds, fish) to see and relaxing outdoor space to enjoy. Kayaks were a great addition to the experience and so much fun! Overall, a really great stay and would recommend!'
