'Adorable, historical and friendly. Charming place with an excellent staff!'

'Absolutely disappointing experience. The hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and far below acceptable standards. The lack of cleanliness was unacceptable, and the unprofessional behavior made the experience even worse. Guests pay for a clean room and respectful customer service, and unfortunately, this hotel failed on both. I would not recommend staying here, and I definitely would not return. Management needs to do better.'

'We needed a place to stay on short notice and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The front desk team was welcoming and made checking in effortless after a long drive. Our room was immaculate, quiet, and well-designed with plenty of charging outlets and comfortable bedding. Breakfast in the morning kept fully stocked, and the overall property is very well-maintained. Highly recommend if you're looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay in Lubbock!'

'stayed just to sleep for the night. no complaints :)'

'Its a shame this hotel is branded Staybridge. I have seen a lot of Staybridge hotels, and this one is an absoluut dump. Compleet rundown place, would not be a problem if it looks like 1980, but apparently that was the last time it was cleaned. Filty bath, filthy kitchen, no water pressure, AC will kill you. Stayed 2 nights. Because of location, second day no room service. Should have handed them the keys and left first night, but the perfect location to TX tech kept me. '

'No problem with packing, breakfast good, staffs not bad room amenities very poor.'

'Tuve una buena estancia'

'It was so bad we didn’t even stay and they would not refund because it was the day of. I was so grossed out, there were some very unpleasant people causing a scene when we got there. I’m so mad I can’t get my refund.'

'I felt uncomfortable in this facility. Nothing happened. But i just didn't feel safe and or clean.'

'The elevator was out of order and has been. They said it was mentioned on their website. The night manager set off the fire alarm burning his popcorn and the firemen came. The next morning my wife saw a big mouse or rat in the kitchen.'

'Unique, let me see. There were sunflower seen shells on the floor in the bathroom. That was special. Oh, and the diverter valve in the bathtub faucet was missing so I decided a bath was all I was gonna get this morning. EXCEPT, the stopper in the tub wouldn't stay in the down position so the only way I could get the tub to hold water was to hold it down with the heel of my foot. Other than that...Oh wait, the receptionist was of no help, she suggested I didn't know how to operate them. I've...

'Went here for my daughter’s birthday. Enjoyed the restaurant, the food was delicious. Loved the outdoor space and lights and decor. Liked the Smeg fridges in the room.'
