'the rooms were clean but very dated and the bathrooms had a few areas that were in need of repairs or had ugly repairs done to them, the elevator feels a bit sketchy and moves very slow and cumbersome but the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help at the drop of a hat.'

'Absolutely disappointing experience. The hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and far below acceptable standards. The lack of cleanliness was unacceptable, and the unprofessional behavior made the experience even worse. Guests pay for a clean room and respectful customer service, and unfortunately, this hotel failed on both. I would not recommend staying here, and I definitely would not return. Management needs to do better.'

'stayed just to sleep for the night. no complaints :)'

'The staff who assisted me during check is was pleasant however, she'

'No problem with packing, breakfast good, staffs not bad room amenities very poor.'

'I felt uncomfortable in this facility. Nothing happened. But i just didn't feel safe and or clean.'

'The elevator was out of order and has been. They said it was mentioned on their website. The night manager set off the fire alarm burning his popcorn and the firemen came. The next morning my wife saw a big mouse or rat in the kitchen.'

'Adorable, historical and friendly. Charming place with an excellent staff!'

'Went here for my daughter’s birthday. Enjoyed the restaurant, the food was delicious. Loved the outdoor space and lights and decor. Liked the Smeg fridges in the room.'
