'Abbiamo passato il capodanno 2023 in questa splendida casa di campagna in4 adulti e 2 cagnoline. La casa è spaziosa, ben organizzata e completa di ogni confort. Ed il posto è incantevole: circondata da ulivi e verde. Bellissimo il porticato. Abbiamo apprezzato il camino (con legna a disposizione) che ha reso davvero piacevoli le nostre serate. Per i cani c'è un ampio giardino recintato. La cucina è fornita davvero di tutto. Gentilissimi i proprietari che ci hanno accolto e fatto trovare in casa...

'What a beautiful hidden gem this property is. The house is comfortable, quiet and feels like a peaceful retreat. The outside property is surrounded with lush trees, a beautiful garden and a huge pool overlooking a lovely view. Rosa the owner could not have been more helpful or pleasant. She was close by if we needed her and would drop off special treats for us. Grazie mile Rosa!'

'The villa was an excellent venue with very good facilities and enjoys an impressive vista. We were able to visit local towns with ease and we all enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the location. Information was provided via texts from the local agent when we had queries but we were surprised that there was no welcome pack / information about the local area - rubbish collection days / local restaurants/ local shops/bakers etc which we were able to find out by ourselves in the end. 'Lovely villa in the Umbrian countryside, about 15' minutes from Todi, on a country road surrounded by picturesque vistas. Great panoramas of Todi and surrounding hills. The villa had all the necessary requirements for a prolonged stay. Very nicely landscaped. The owner was easy to get in touch with, and there is a local caretaker, who is available to help, clean and even cook. Wi-fi was iffy, but probably par for the location. 'Het huis is echt super! Wij verbleven hier met ons gezin van vier maar je kan hier met veel meer personen verblijven. Er zijn 4 ruime slaapkamers, twee badkamers en twee leefruimtes met allebei een keuken. Devilla is voorzien van alle modern comfort en beschikt over een goede airconditioning. Buiten heb je wel 4 terassen voor lunch en diner of om gewoon te chillen waarvan eentje aan het fantastische zwembad. 's Avonds is de tuin mooi verlicht. Amelia ligt wat afgelegen maar je vindt wel enkele...

'Mario and Guilia were very friendly and helpful. The house is pleasant. It's a good place to chill and get away from the busyness. The pool is fantastic (they also have floating stuff there to use) and the balcony a great place to have food (do bring anti muskito stuff). Kitchen well equiped. Beds are alright, but not great. We were two couples and a small child. The separate bedrooms (upstairs and downstairs worked nice for privacy) would recommend to stay'

'We had a fantastic stay in the house! Pierfrancesco was always helpful, and very friendly. He gave us good tips on what to do in the area, from restaurants to nice villages. The house looks better than on the pictures! The swimming pool was quite big (don't forget that there is lights for in the evening) and the area was very quiet. 'We were a 3 generation family of 10. Overall very good, a lovely pool and a games room with table tennis and table football. Rome was reached by train from Terni. ( but check ticket prices as it varies enormously depending on the train) Lake Bolsena, Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto, Bagnoregio and Cascade del Marmore are all easily reached by car. Village pizzeria is excellent. We drove from Rome Fiumicino Airport, very easy using Autostrada. My family all enjoyed the soft river rafting near Marmore....
