Villa's in Ciutadella de Menorca

'Lovely villa in a great location'

'Very clean, nice pool and fantastic location (easy walk to Cala en Bosch, 2 minutes to a great little supermarket etc). Its not clear from the listing but there is only air con in the 4 bedrooms (not in the main kitchen/living area) - the host kindly provided a portable AC unit which did help a little (the temperature was 37C so air con is definitely needed!). We had a number of small niggles with the property - broken toaster, broken plug socket etc which in fairness were fixed pretty quickly....

'Pros: La casa es tal cual está en la foto, muy bonita, y muy bien situada. Los anfitriones super amables. Tiene 3 habitaciones dobles y tres baños completos ( uno exterior). Una piscina de agua salada estupenda, barbacoa, toallas de piscina/playa, aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y además ventilador en el comedor. 'Great location in beautiful Cala en Porter with short walks to groceries, restaurants and beach. It has a beautiful garden and pool area. Indoor it's a very functional villa. Not very modern, but clean and practical for a holiday stay. Great communication and smooth check in/out. Will come back if we get the chance!'

'Pros: The house was not only beautiful but had all of the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. We really did feel at home here and had a fantastic holiday with this as our base. 'I wish someone had given an honest review of this house. I would not have booked. The outside are is great but inside was poor. The most important rooms were awful. The en suite to main bedroom has not been updated since the house was built -60 years? It was very tatty & smelt. The kitchen was the same, not replaced since the house was built. It had rotten windows sills inside, chipped paint, cracked electrical sockets and switches. In these two rooms the electrics also looked like they hadn’t...
