'They told me they were out of cream for coffee. Also rooftop bar, you stand in single line to order drinks. No wait staff. They were out of tonic water. They charged $200 for our service dog. The hotel is too expensive for what you get. Rooms are very small.'

'The main issue with this hotel is the NOISY elevator. I shared a room with my brother and nephew. We did not sleep good at all. We heard the elevator all night. I am not sure if the elevator is just old and wore out or if the cables need greasing or what. It is very disruptive. They have two elevators but one didn't work and was out of order. From other reviews - this issue may have been around for a while. As a note - we were in room 502. I am assuming all rooms near this elevator can hear the...

'By far my favorite place I have ever stayed! Such a beautiful and inviting space and I’m so glad I came across Tree House. '

'In the middle of the night, there was the most violent fighting that we have ever heard. It went on for HOURS. For any needs during your stay, they text you, and no one responded when we needed help all evening. At 3 am, we had no response, so I called the front desk, and he sounded like he was asleep. I told him that he would need security or even the police. He said I'll check into it. Needless to say, we didn't sleep at all. And FYI, the parking is 25 dollars to park overnight.'

'Room was fine - dinner staff was very friendly - breakfast staff was very rude. Barely made eye contact with us, we had to find our own silverware had to ask the front desk for our breakfast vouchers - just overall a terrible experience we will not be going back '

'I stay at the Hotel Indigo in Five Points often and it's always a pleasant experience. The staff is helpful, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the area has a lot to offer. The only negative from this trip was that none of the ice makers on any of the floors were working, so I had to get ice from the bar. After jumping multiple floors (the elevator automatically returns to the lobby once you exit), what should've been a quick errand turned into 15 minutes just to get ice. It didn't deter my trip...
