« We have always stayed here when in Birmingham, and this was the first time we were disappointed. Our bathroom was not cleaned well at all… empty toilet paper roll, fingerprints and water spots all over the bathroom mirrors, dirty shower glass, and mildew on some of the shower grout. Then the next morning, they no longer have the restaurant available for breakfast. They have a coffee shop available, and suggest you walk next door to the Sheraton. The staff that was working were all very friendly. »

« The staff was wonderful!!! Very helpful and hard working! The hotel itself is old, and the decor is a little weird, with a lot of pics of vials and pharmacy related things. Just a bit strange. The room was great, but just an old property. »
