Hôtel près de Cineworld London - Wandsworth (Londres)

« Services excellents merci »

« Property is quite good, clean, comfortable, and a well stocked apartment. It made for a comfortable stay and overall would stay again. As others have said you can hear the music from the cafe in the mornings. The main stress was the lack of communication for check in. There is no app or front desk as mentioned in the listing and we had to chase to receive check in details. Some listing inaccuracies like free parking is only evenings and weekends. »

« Chambre spacieuse et très bon rapport qualité-prix. Les murs peuvent vibrer quand des bus passent mais aucun souci la nuit pour dormi. »

« Very disappointed, recent room/bathroom renovation is qualitative and nice, but unfortunately the owners aren’t focused on cleaning… carpets, walls & doors, everything is dirty due to poor cleaning and maintenance. I wouldn’t recommend. »

« The rooms need remodeling »

« Chambre propre. »

« Quartier sympa mais hôtel moyen. Cher pour ce que c’est. »

« The hotel is well located in a calm environment. The service is great; a special thank to Jake who has helped us a lot. »

« Très bien, a recommander +++ »

« Beautiful location and property. Quite lovely amenities and an extremely kind and helpful staff. »

« The checking in service is terrible no key safe number was sent I had to ring up and mess about trying to sort it out nice place only 2 cups and 4 guest so that’s not great »

« Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal. Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely. »

« Title: PLEASE READ WHOLE REVIEW. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR DEPOSIT BACK PLEASE READ THE WHOLE REVIEW. I will start with the positives. The flat itself is quite nice. Each room is a good size, The bathroom is lovely, but through the stay we noticed slight dirt and dust. Nothing that ruined the night itself though! The stay was a small sleepover arranged for my birthday (6 people) so the space was great for this! Our only wish was that there was a TV in the living room/kitchen. But this...
