« Home was very clean, in a great neighborhood, walking distance to most of the Covington areas, to both ballparks. Quick drive across the bridge to cincy. Doug and Vicky were quick to respond on questions and very communicable. Definitely recommend for any type visit to the area! »

« I travel for work and enjoy staying in Seth's properties. The beds are always the most comfortable, I sleep better then at home. I love that I can bring my doggos and the people that live in the building are super nice. I'm stayin again next week! I bring King size sheets with me to throw over furniture so there's no dog fur or dirt getting on it. »

« Safe area, enclosed backyard. Not a place to stay if you are looking for comfort. Just the very basic necessities. Definitely a cigarette smoke smell. Seems like the host has a tendency to not visit this property. »

« It was a quiet neighborhood and a good place for couples. Parking wasn’t a problem. However, it wasn’t clean to my standards. The fridge was dirty, the blinds had dust everywhere, we found a condom wrapper under the bed, and a cigarette under the chest. Also, the desk chair and the toilet was wobbly. The lights in the kitchen flicker and sometimes turn off. Overall, we enjoyed the stay but there were just little things that could’ve been better. »
