'The host is very friendly and informative. We enjoyed watching the deer in the neighborhood. Location was amazing for what activities we went for, it is an older house therefore the floors creek and the smell reminds us of grandma’s house, which we loved. The only reason I gave a 4star vs 5star is that everything has room for improvement but I can not think of a thing that should have been added, maybe a hot tub for after the kids were in bed,. We will add this property to our favorites and go...

'This is the second of Laura and Ryan's properties that we have stayed at in the last two months. The river level is amazing. We took advantage of the view, the kayaks, and the fire pit and had such a nice time at the property.'

'The property grounds were absolutely amazing. Lots of plants and shade from the big beautiful trees. Right on the river near a little dam...the waterfall makes such peaceful music. Absolutely perfect for us. The hot tub was wonderful. Lots of stairs to get to the river and the hot tub....just FYI. Front porch was great. Everything overall seemed very clean. The only "cons", if you want to call them that, would be that there aren't any closets for your things. Really, no draw space either......

'My family of 4 stayed 4 nights at this home. It was very spacious, listed accurately, close to many attractions like Riverwalk, the Alamo, and Tower of the Americas. The neighborhood was very quiet as well. However, the host did not communicate well through the VRBO app. I had to reach out to customer service just to obtain another contact info to finally reach the host. 'Rustic farm house filled with antique furnishings . But very comfy beds and good hot water and air kept us cool . Best place to stay for a night of music and fun at Rileys or the other nearby food n music joint. We laughed and were ok with the trains passing thru so often but hey its part of the experience!!'

'This house is absolutely amazing and better than the website can describe. It was so clean and the hosts were wonderful. It is very close to Ft.Sam Houston making it convenient for visiting family. We walked to downtown San Antonio a few times and really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and this house has a huge backyard.'
