'Everything'

'The staff at Belo Vula were absolutely amazing. Couldn’t do enough for us. The food is also delicious. You do need to ask if you want eggs for breakfast or something that’s not on the menu for lunch. The property recently suffered through a cyclone and the jetty is damaged. The rooms are a little tired and could do with an upgrade but were comfortable. '

'Not great no communication '

'It was a nice stay here but not necessarily “walk out of your room and into the water” especially at low tide. Not their fault of course so still 5 stars. As with my other stay, the staff was incredibly friendly and the warrior dance night was so fun. Beautiful sunsets and the food was pretty good. No gym here also. '

'Best stay near airport hotel, friendly, atmosphere, few hundred yards from arr/dep hall and even then wonderful free shuttle service! Swimmingpool to relax. Low rise building only 2 floors.'

'A somewhat older property in good repair and possessed of much charming character. Located steps from Wailoaloa beach but without the noise and crowds of the beach clubs. As a family operated hotel the owners are involved in daily operations. The restaurant shows the top local rating on Google Maps. Portions are ample. '

'DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! We needed emergency accom due to cyclone our accom at Crowne plaza was fully packed. The guy at reception with gold tooth was snatching documents or literally chucking it back- zero customer service skills or the need or want to be helpful. The place is not clean, our bedsheets were dirty and it had fresh stains. When we went to ask for two fresh sheets we were told it’s housekeeping policy to not change sheets unless we have checked out. Je then proceeded to come into...

The staff were incredibly friendly, special thanks to Sana, Uza, and Marry for making my stay as enjoyable as I hoped. They even took the time to show me around some local spots, which made the experience even more memorable. 'It's a good place for your first night of last night before you go to the islands. Don't spend too long here. The beach is dirty and the sea too. Don't expect a white beach and blue water. The food is expensive, just go to Bamboo at the end of the road to get lunch and dinner, much cheaper and better. It's a good place for just one night as it's close to the airport. Also try the local bus!'
