« Here are my quick thoughts. Staff was great My room door sticks to the floor so it was difficult to open (440) Not enough towels...I needed to grab towels everyday Room Service kept room neat Many homeless in the area by the door. It made it a little uncomfortable I dont agree with $15 a day for parking I didnt like the freight trains running all day and night »

« I like the way the rooms were decorated. The Graduate Rock Bar has a great view of campus and atmosphere. Our server, Thomas was exceptional. »

« Very clean room, super nice staff. The breakfast was top notch (try the lemon or churro flavored waffles, they were outstanding!) It’s a nice quiet hotel and I felt very comfortable there. When I visit my family in East Lansing, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel. »

« Chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub. At check out we find out the entire area is closed. a relaxing date night before picking up our baby girl from camp didn't turn out like we hoped at all for the price we paid. »

« This location was very clean in the common areas as well as the room being fairly new with the beds very comfortable. Staff was very helpful as there was a slight complication with the reservation, and it was taken care of properly and professionally.. And very close to the highway for easy access. »

« The room had dog fur on the couch. The bathtub had rust in it. We requested for a late checkout and were denied. This is not heard of for an hour extension. The breakfast was not manned and the food was over. The guests were kept waiting. Overall this hotel is ok, if you can avoid it would be better. »
