'The staff here is amazing especially Johnathon DeFore =). So helpful, nice and considerate all done with an amazing smile. It was later on in the evening and we needed an item for our room and they went above and beyond to assist us. Also, the valet staff rose to the top to assist us with our bags, dogs and goodies. Just little help like this goes so very far especially after being in the car for 10+ hours. Keep up the good work all- and thanks for keeping it personal despite being bought...

'Facility is older than I am used to at Holiday Inn Express. Lack of coffee maker in the room was disappointing. The coffee at the breakfast area was too weak. I had to then go looking for a coffee shop before driving out of town. Overall disappointing stay.'
