« I liked that it was close to the location I was visiting. The room was very comfortable and easy to get to, close the parking. I like that we didn’t have to pay for parking. It was included. I like that it was quiet. »

« Room was spotless and silent, I don’t think we heard another guest our entire stay, despite them being fully booked. The rooms were a great size, had a mini fridge/freezer and microwave in room! Also plenty of storage and a full desk. It was nice to set up and unpack, and not feel like we’re living out of our suitcase. « Room is clean. The hotel is clean, morning breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed it. Walking amenities to Meijer and Kroger as well some restaurants. Definitely recommend this place when needing a place at Lansing. »

« We were there for graduation weekend which meant surge pricing and apparently minimal housekeeping. Room was dirty upon check-in with toothpaste residue on the mirror and console, and visible ???? On the carpet by the windows. We returned at 4 pm the next day and housekeeping hadn’t been to our room. I called the front desk and they promptly sent someone up to refresh everything. That was great. But, for $1000 a night, we should not have this. I will check out the Marriott or somewhere else...

Noise at night was unacceptable. apparently there was a wedding party and they were extremely loud both Friday and Saturday night until 1 or 2am. Impossible to sleep through it. Bathroom ceiling had mold/mildew on it. Fitness center floor was dirty, no towels, no working water and for whatever reason the heat was blasting at 85 degrees. I had to turn it...

« The rooms were new and fresh and clean and staff top notch. Beds comfy. Parking plentiful. Loved the welcome with cookies to welcome Michigan State University grads and families. All around great! And saved us when we had to cancel our three rooms for family at the Red Roof Inn in Lansing - dirty, cigarette smokers running desk, trailer of cats in the pothole parking lot, place in complete disrepair. Crowne Plaza IHG saved us and then some. Also had a great - but a tad pricey - buffet...

« Staff were very welcoming and helpful. It has been along time since i have ran into staff who are sincerely nice and upbeat naturally. From maintenance, cleaners and management. Not a one displayed trained welcoming and schooled niceness. »
