Negatief: Voorzieningen
Booked a river view for extra - front desk put me in a non-river view room, over a mechanical unit, right next to the elevator.
I know they can’t help the time they have to start cleaning, but cart was right outside my door and a lot of very early morning housekeeping chatter to be woken up.
Worst of all, hotel had their elevator inspector come and shut down service of the elevators right at 9/during check out time. So front desk came up to my room at 7:45, knocked on the door and asked me to come out while I was trying to leave for a work event - and told me I’d need to leave soon or take my luggage down the stairs. I was on the 10th floor!!!
Overall, just not a nice experience for business travel.
