'De kamer was ruim en badkamer schoon, maar daar is alles ook mee gezegd. Het hotel heeft zijn beste tijd gehad… de bank was vies en de meubels gedateerd. Het was het allemaal net niet. We kwamen naar dit hotel om uit te rusten in een mooie 5 sterren hotel, maar 3 sterren past er beter bij. We snappen ook niet waar de 5 sterren vandaan komt. De cafe onder ons begon om 6 uur al met voorbereiden op de dag, waardoor we continue geklop en geschuif van stoelen hoorden. Om half 8 ging de muziek aan....

'On arrival there were no car parks left. We asked for a bit more detail and she didn’t know. Might think it’s good to know the local area. Email from the hotel said free parking on the road but had to pay $13.00. A few things in the room need to be repaired. Check out wasn’t much better than check in. Not very friendly at all. Good location but could have better service and knowledge of the area. Not sure if I would stay there again'

'Great place to stay when visiting Auckland! Situated on Queen street at a Sky Bus stop (really right in front of the door), the hotel is close to the main attractions in the city. The room was very clean and modern. Great fitness room as well!'

'Very nice hotel in the City center. A lot of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. We had a room at the 20th floor on the side with great view of the bay. Very quit room, we loved that.'
