Ryokans in Chubu

'Locatie was goed, wat verouderd groot hotel. Eten was oké, we vonden slechts enkele gerechten lekker. Ik kreeg omdat ik geen rundvlees at 3 x speklap in mijn menu. Dit had echt anders gekund. Jammer. Pluspunten Mount Fuji goed te zien vanuit dit gebied.En je wordt opgehaald en terug gebracht treinstation. '

'What a magical hotel complex! The buildings and grounds are absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained. The hospitality we experienced was like none other. The hotel was easily accessed via the Tozan train. It's a short walk to the hotel from Miyanoshita Station, but there is a hotel shuttle available if preferred. We stayed in the Forest Wing and the rooms were comfortable (firm mattress!) and clean. The breakfast was delicious with amazing presentation on China and silver dishes. So many...

'The room was very nice, has a balcony, television, some smaller closets, tatami matress, a middle size table with floor chairs and futons. The staff was exceptional friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothers us, was our entry room door, it was very loud while opening, we think it needs some oiling, but besides that, everything was very pleasent.'

'Very nice stay. Staff was lovely. The room was clean and very spacious. The onsen was absolutely magical. Not many restaurants near by that open past 8 so organize your meals accordingly. Also taxis can be quite difficult to get. Only issue was that the location on Hotels.com was wrong and it took us a while to find it as it isn’t written in English on google maps. But that is a very minor issue. '
