The heart of the home is its elegant dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Whether you’re cooking a full meal or a quick snack, you’ll find everything you need, including modern appliances and counter space. Including on Oven, Hob, Microwave, Fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

City Noise: Please be aware that this townhouse is located in the inner city, near roads and intersections, and you may experience typical city noises such as pedestrian traffic, car sounds, and occasional sirens. The townhouse is quieter with the windows closed. If you`re a light sleeper, we recommend bringing earplugs or considering a property further from the city center.

Parking: The property includes free parking for one vehicle. For any additional vehicles, free street parking is available nearby.

Early Check-Ins/Late Check-Outs: We can accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee of $10 per hour, up to a maximum of 2 hours. This fee covers expedited cleaning and is subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
