'Friendly staff. Pool and hot tub are nice. Decent breakfast. Great location. Suite has separate sitting area with door to bedroom and two TVs - perfect for night owl / early bird couples. Walmart, food, gas, etc. in short proximity. Many dining options (Applebees, Ruby Tuesday, Chick Fil A, Burger King, Jersey Mikes, RC Pizza & Subs, Waffle House, and more) all within a couple minutes drive, a few even walkable. Devil's Backbone local brewery a few minutes drive.'

'We only stayed one night so didn’t utilize amenities or interact with staff much. Good location, free parking. Grab & go breakfast was appropriately named: fruit, granola bars, yogurt etc. The most memorable thing about this hotel unfortunately was the bed and pillows. Quite possibly the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. It was like lying on a slab of cement. The pillows were just as bad, cheap foam that felt like stone after two minutes of lying on them. My husband and I agreed...

'The property was updated and clean. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and quiet, even the air conditioner/heater was quiet. The room was spacious, had a table with 2 chairs for dining and a large bedside chair. The bed was a bit too firm for me but my husband thought it was fine. I think it was on the expensive side but I do like that my 2 dogs were free so would definitely consider staying there again.'

'People were absolutely awesome at the Good Place B&B. I felt so welcomed during my entire stay, from checking in to check in out and every breakfast in between, which were great and delicious by the way. A great place to spend a few days away in nature, but a close drive to many historic locations and natural attractions in the area. The rooms amenities could use some improvement (new towels and linen come to mind). Other than that, I would definitely stay here again. '
