But our main concern was that the surrounding area of Rodney Bay doesn't come across half as nice as you may expect. 'If you are thinking about renting this property, definitely do it. It is so clean & beautiful. More amenities than any place we have ever stayed. It is so close to many restaurants & shopping, grocery just around the corner. It has security there all night. Felt very safe. Just a beautiful setting, definitely enjoyed it. St. Lucia is such a tourist friendly place. Loved it!'

'We loved our stay, perfect set up for a couples vacation. Would highly recommend contacting Colin, he is the local police man but also can be available to hire as a tour guide and taxi service +17585199438. Friendly guy knows all the locals best places to go and can arrange anything for might need. Hosts were wonderful gave us privacy and were welcoming and available to assist. 'The cottage was adorable and has an amazing view. It is small but cozy, perfect for 2 people. The housekeeper comes twice a week so the place is always very clean. The only negative we experienced was the drive to the place. Google maps does not know how to route to it properly and kept taking us on dead ends and the roads thru the neighborhood are dirt and VERY bumpy and filled with potholes. You have to drive slow. Once we learned the proper route though it wasn't too bad, just be prepared....

'Our hosts were wonderful- waiting for us despite our 3-hour delay and helping us find a late- night meal when we finally arrived. "This hotel is very beautiful. The rooms were spacious and came with fully equipped kitchens. The beach was amazing and everything was spotless. There wasn’t a blade of grass out of place on the overall grounds. All in all, we had a great stay but I will say that the customer service needs some work. This is the only reason why I do not give 5 stars. There is a lack of effort and flexibility/accountability from the guest relations staff and if you “annoy” them to much by asking for help with simple things, then they even talk to each other about you as a group behind the front desk and roll their eyes in front of the hotel guests while you are talking to them. I found that a bit disrespectful. "
