'Het is een klein en dus intiem hotel. Na de eerste keer ontbijt ken je zo'n beetje iedereen en het geeft een soort amicale sfeer die erg prettig is. Het management bevordert de interactie van de gasten met elkaar door elke avond een bescheiden happy hour te organiseren. Dan kun je met elkaar de dag de revue laten passeren en tips uitwisselen over restaurantjes in de stad. De kamer was netjes schoon en de bedden heerlijk. Rustig. 'Everything here was excellent, including the staff, the facilities, the room, the view from the room, the food in the restaurants, the pool, the available water toys (kayak, hobbies, ) and the very attention to details that convey that sense of luxury (ie the shampoo, the towel, the soap, the amazing bedding, etc). They are trying to keep the sargassum away with a barrier and partially succeeding at keeping it under control. The beach is relatively small and facing east.'

Location was excellent and close to downtown Charlotte and not a far drive to the multiple beaches we visited. 'We stayed one night. For the price of almost usd 600 for one night we would expect better hotel. Breakfast was in a basket delivered to your room so you have to eat it sitting on your bed. Beside that it was a very limited breakfast. Environment is dangerous in the evening/night'
