« Very disappointing. We stopped here for a night and checked into our room that had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. We called down to desk to try and get another room instead they called housekeeper who came up to spray lavender. The scent lasted maybe 25 minutes before the smell came back and soaked into all of our clothes and suitcases. Did not appreciate the staff not even making an effort to find a more acceptable room after patronizing the Hilton brand. Would not recommend this...
