'The cabana (loft) was better than expected. Everything was clean and it was well decorated. Also the kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need to prepare your own meals. The bed was comfortable and the upstairs space pretty spacious. WiFi worked well. They even prepare the fire for you so you only have to light it. The hot tub is only available in the evening and has a surcharge (20.000 when we were there) '

'Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was lovely, our cabin was perfect and we loved the food. We especially enjoyed breakfast delivered to our cabin. There was plenty to keep the kids occupied. The whole experience was peaceful and relaxing…much needed! The only complaint is that Expedia says it is 42 minutes away from Nevados de Chillan ski resort. 'Reserve una cabaña familiar de 8 personas y al llegar al sitio me dicen que tengo asignada solo una habitación para 6 personas. Ni la señora encargada de las cabañas, ni expedía, ni yo pudimos contactarnos con la dueña. Muy irresponsable de su parte. Nos vimos obligado a buscar una cabaña en temporada alta, gracias a Dios encontramos y pudimos mejorar el fin de semana. '

'Meine Reservierung lag angeblich nicht vor ebenso meine Bezahlung!? Nach30 Stunden Anreise blieb mir nichts anderes übrig als nochmals zu bezahlen. Morgens um 6:30 wurde ich aus dem Schlaf geklingelt um nochmals 9€ zu bezahlen, keine Ahnung wofür! Kommunikation war nur in Spanisch möglich das ich leider nicht beherrsche.
