'Property was double booked. Nearly impossible to communicate a refund as they are all French with little to no grasp of English !!! Had to use my bank to recover funds as a dispute.

'Very difficult check in process. Also getting the info for getting into the property was nothing short of a puzzle, which ultimately ended up being entertaining. The house was reelly nice and clean thiugh and it was an easy one block walk to the nearest grocery store.'
