'Location is close enough to be able to drive to downtown Chattanooga within just a few minutes, but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with as much noise or parking nightmare. As a family of seven, getting accommodations at a hotel is usually a logistical and financial nightmare. This place was perfect for us! House had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Owner was quick to respond to questions and communicated very well. Highly recommended '

'Easy to find, quiet street, great location'

'Great location. Make sure you bring your own toilet paper; she only provides a “starter roll”. You have to go around the back of the house via a back of the house alley/road. She does not tell you this. That’s fine but it would have been nice if she had told me this ahead of time.'

'The house was exactly as shown with each bedroom having king size mattresses (very comfortable) and the upstairs bedrooms private bathrooms. The downstairs full bathroom was across the hall from the bedroom. Everything was cleanWe had a couple of questions and Shannon replied quickly and checked in to make sore we had everything needed.This house was just a couple of blocks from downtown where we found wonderfulRestaurants and a few great hiking trails.'

'We spent a week at Thatcher Mill House and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is very cozy and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Tammy Hass, our host, was very friendly, and the Thatcher Mill house was just as lovely as she was. She certainly thought of everything to make our stay at the house pleasant. 'Everything was perfect and everything we went to do was very close. The neighbors were friendly and the house was gorgeous! The single complaint was the number of towels with the kids and the hot tub. Thanks for a great stay!'
