'Asked for a Zelle “refundable” deposit and denied refund citing violation of house rules however there are documented images from their security footage that we did not violate those rules they claimed we did. They told me I checked in with three other guests and sent security footages, those were my friends helping me move the luggage not guests checking in. The total number of guests never violated any rules. They don’t have heater/AC in the room, asked us to open the window or use the room...

Our trash was overflowing and I called the desk in the morning to notify them but the housekeeping staff wanted to wait until check-out to come clean and empty trash. 'Twee nachten verbleven in Chicago. Dicht bij het openbaar vervoer. Op de 40e verdieping. Prachtig uitzicht. Goed zoeken bij aankomst, niet goed aangegeven bij betreden gebouw. Kom hier zeker terug bij nieuw bezoek aan deze waanzinnige stad! '

'The morning coffee was excellent. We asked about tea in the evening and akettle and wonderful teas were brought to our room. We went to the bar for happy hour and the appetizers were great as were the prices. Nice location. Friendly staff. '
