Villa's in Chianciano Terme

'Three generations of our family spent two weeks at this beautiful villa, and it was a very special vacation. The villa, grounds and pool are maintained in perfect condition - just the right combination of old-world charm with modern conveniences. The kids loved the pool, and the adults very much enjoyed the cocktail hour in the beautiful grounds by the pool at the end of the day. 'Super verblijft gehad . Prachtige locatie en erg blij met de airco. Vriendelijk ontvangst en mooie uitvalbasis voor Siena Arezzo Pienza Montepulciano etc. . Dorpje dichtbij ( 10-15 minuten lopen ) met een goede bakker en een paar goede koffie tentjes restaurants en een goede gelateria. Het zwembad is perfect en wordt goed onderhouden . Op het ruime terrein heeft veel speel mogelijkheden . Top tijd gehad . Ook wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt.'

'Het huis staat op een fantastische plek boven op de heuvel met een fantastisch uitzicht! Alles is aanwezig, het kan alleen schoner en de keuken was/is niet schoon. Ook flesjes met deet is geen luxe. We hebben genoten van het zwembad. De eigenaar reageerde elke keer snel en accuraat!'

The property manager is extremely responsive and helpful, and went as far as stocking groceries prior to our arrival and preparing dinner for us the first night. 'Klassieke villa van wat oudere datum met klassieke inrichting; ligt zeer rustig in de bossen en heuvels; auto is nodig. Winkels en restaurants op 15 minuten rijden. Prachtig zwembad en verwarmd. Er zijn in de villa zeer veel faciliteiten (o.a. biljart) Host is heel vriendelijk en geeft veel informatie, problemen worden snel opgelost. We hebben een prachtige vakantie gehad en zijn tot rust gekomen; natuurlijk is de omgeving met alle mooie steden en natuurschoon fantastisch'

The owners live next door and respect your privacy, they are very helpful if you have questions, but don’t interfere otherwise. 'We loved our stay at “Villa Rosa”. The owner was very informative and provided all the detail and recommendations we would ever need. 'Such a quaint home, clean, quiet and beautiful. Close to the center of the very small town of Montepulciano. The host is very sweet and even cooked a cake to welcome us to their home. The view of the valley from the home is simply breathtaking.'

'We stayed at this villa for a month. We had our family of 9 people here for 10 days. The layout with 2 separate apartments was perfect for our group. We had great weather during our stay and so we used the pool (unheated) frequently. The kitchen has all the utensils you will need for cooking, and some spices too. This place is wonderful for the obvious reasons: the view, the pool, the jacuzzi, the copious space, the charming home. But, the secret and most clutch amenity is named Alice. 'Mooi huis met ruime slaapkamers maar de tuin / grasveld is niet zo groot als ik hoopte. Het is een oud huis en wat gedateerd wat ook terug komt in de spullen wat een bij elkaar geraapte verzameling van bestek is en niet voldoende voor het aantal slaapplaatsen. In totaal een prettig verblijf gehad maar had er meer van verwacht.'

'Met onze 4 kinderen (15-23 jaar) een heerlijke week gehad in Raffaeles huis. Airco's in alle slaapkamers, heerlijk rustige omgeving maar toch dicht bij prachtige dorpjes. Fijn zwembad en op dinsdagavond heeft Leonardo (zoon) heerlijk voor ons gekookt. We zouden graag een keer terug gaan!'

'Hotel vlak bij centrum Pienza (1 min lopen). Prima hotel op alle vlakken echter het zwembad was in het midden van veel bouwactiviteiten erom heen. Geen aankleding, geen parasols (bij 38 graden), compleet sfeerloos en gedomineerd door de bouwactiviteiten links en rechts ernaast. Te duur voor de huidige staat van activiteiten en dit zou op zijn minst vermeld moeten worden. Dit was langdurig, niet tijdelijk. '
