« Stayed here while our son had a showcase at Winthrop. It was a cute, unique spot that was right across from the gardens. The tub/shower was a tricky task but doable. Definitely would stay here again! »

« Loving being near the local Glen Cairn park for the dogs. Neighborhood was quiet except for the occasional train horn. Wife said water pressure was great. Older house but renovated and clean. I would recommend »

« We absolutely loved staying in this rental. The hosts were amazing and very responsive. The only issue we had was the host’s baby monitor was missing. They brought us a new one for the home even though it was 8pm. The house was clean and tidy and there were plenty of sheets and towels. The heated floors meant that they were never cold so my son could run around without socks. Will definitely be back! »

« The property is located close to downtown Rock Hill. Not the nicest part but not the worst. Houses in neighborhood easily build in the 1940s. Luther did a good of refurbishing the house to make the inside comfortable and functional. We were visiting for a sports tournament and home was conveniently locate to the multiple venues and within 5-10 minutes to restaurants and stores. Luther was great host and very responsive in answering any questions and addressing concerns. »

« The area was beautiful and serene. The house was beautiful as well. Unfortunately, the house was not clean. The oven and fridge were pretty nasty. They offered to send someone to clean the fridge but we stopped by the store on our way in so we had to wipe the fridge ourselves before putting our stuff away in it. The property manager had prompt and friendly communication, and there was even a welcome basket with goodies and a fridge full of bottled water for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, house was clean, and view from the deck was peaceful. Would stay here again! »
