« House was Everything as advertised ..clean and well equipped....host provided all information and insight in advance and added in our stay. ..the only concern was off premises parking...did present uncertainty one evening. . »

« This property has everything you need for a friends weekend. Pickelball, pool, basketball, even golf hitting net were all used by our group and we enjoyed the TV room and large outdoor space. Takes a little navigating to get there, but the directions were well done and communication with the owner was great. They were very responsive to all of our questions. Would highly recommend this place for groups. »

« My family and I really enjoyed staying at Kameka's property. It is very clean and upkept; you literally have everything that you need. The grocery store is within walking distance and stays open late. It is a very quiet area, no one hanging out, and I felt very secure/safe. I would definitely stay again when visiting in Delaware. ☺ 💕 »

« It was really lovely. The house is beautiful and located on the main street of town, just steps away from an amazing coffee shop and fabulous lunch and dinner places.The kitchen looked well supplied, tho we didn’t cook. The twin beds are in the first floor, with a bathroom; you have to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. The second floor has two lovely bedrooms, which each have a bathroom. My mom was able to climb the four steps with a nice railing to get into the house and the...

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over the July 4th weekend. We spent many hours on the front porch watching the sun rise, the boats pass by, birds soar, including bald eagles nesting nearby! The house is charming and very well equipped. We appreciated the binoculars to watch birds and fireworks. Betterton Beach is a short walk. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend! »

« House and location were fantastic. House was loaded with lots of amenities including plenty of dishware, silverware, pots, etc. At least 5 comfy spots to sit and relax. We really like the screened in porch although we had no issue with bugs, even in the evening.Many small touches which were unexpected including 3 or 4 nightlights (great for those getting up at night and/or younger kids). Lots of birds to watch and several pairs of binoculars in the house. Check in and out were super easy using...

« Family coming in from the North, South, and West. Meeting together for a family event. This house was centrally located for everyone to go off and visit friends in MD, Newark, and Wilmington and then all attend a family event in PA. Easy check in and great communication with the host. »

« The dome and surrounding areas looks like it does in the photos, and using the compost toilet, shower, etc were pretty easy even for a camping novice like myself. The farm is beautiful and quiet. Good opportunities for birding too. I never saw or heard the gentlemen who live in the farmhouse, I only saw their cars come and go. I came here for rest and a connection to nature, and that’s what I got. I’d love to come back in the future! I think it would be even nicer later in the spring. »
