'My favorite part of my stay was the friendly and helpful staff. Any issue that I had in St. Vincent (and believe me I had my far share), the staff went above and beyond to help me overcome those issues. They are truly advocates for their guests. '

'Outstanding staff. I didn't really need help with anything, but I saw they were helping many other guests with myriad transport issues. Oh, and compliments to the chef! It's not a convenient walk to downtown/beach, but they offer free shuttles back and forth roughly every 2-4 hours. '

'An absolutely incredible experience; start to finish! Pre-departure, the hotel staff ensure smooth airport transfers as well as a full menu of daily activities to consider. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. The surrounding restaurants are also terrific and everything is a short drive from the hotel. Highly recommended. '

'Prima hotel, al jaren op goed niveau. Wij hadden de suite en die is heel ruim, heerlijke bedden en vriendelijk personeel. Hotel ligt op loopafstand van de haven wasr je de ferry’s kunt nemen naar andere eilanden. Al jaren hetzelfde personeel zowel bij de receptie als boven in het rooftop restaurant waar se een heerlijk ontbijt serveren. Wij komen hier al 20 jaar naar tevredenheid. '

'I completely fell in love with the room which was a double edge sword since you can see the beautiful Caribbean water from bed. I got take out to enjoy the amazing room set up. They think of everything and I’m enamored with the decor and mosquito net bedding; super quaint and romantic. Super quiet at night and everything is walking distance. The owner was one of our favorite parts we will be back in a few months and will bring more family. LOVED it. '

'This place blew our minds! Customer service was excellent. The room was high tech and very clean. The shower was relaxing. The bed was comfortable, We only wish it was bigger ;) The location is perfect, not too far from town and not too far from AIA. Property was properly secured. The price is unmatched! We came not knowing what to expect but we were completely blown away, and left with heavy hearts. Would 100% recommend.'
