'The hotel is a bit dated in the rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always good and plentiful. Cleaning was poor, never vacuumed in five days, tables were left dirty, sheets never changed. Also there was mold on the window sills and my allergies acted up. A bit pricey for this level of room.'

'Charming inn right at the heart of Bourton-on-the-Water. It was a short walk to the shops and pubs/restaurants of the town. Chose it because it had a room that would accommodate three ladies on our little tour of the Cotswolds. Our room had two separate bedrooms, one with a large bed and then another with two twin beds. Bathroom was updated and roomy with a full tub and shower. Would be perfect for a family also. The inn was built in 1698 and has historical charm, but was nicely renovated....
