« Everything was wonderful! »

« The rooms were great, the view was stupendous. The only downside was the person that had the balcony below us made it noxious to sit outside when they were outside smoking. We asked at the desk and they said that it was forbidden. It kept up for a couple more days. Possibly a recalcitrant nutcase - not sure. Anyway, overall, we had a very nice time. »

« GrandView staff were helpful and kind, flexible with checkout as well without charging us for a small amount of extra time. The room was exactly as listed. Comfy bedding with good blackout curtains. Loved the coffee/tea bar inside the GrandView lobby. Excellent view of Lake Chelan from our room by the fireplace while being within 5 minutes of walking distance to downtown Chelan. « Unit needs some cosmetic touch ups and the hard wood floors and walls were extremely filthy. ice machine on our level was full of bugs. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. »

« Unaware of the two person max occupancy. Needs more bath towels in the unit as it comes with two. Don’t bring a lifted truck as parking is tight and limited parking spots. The room you have to go through the parking garage to get it. Overall the room was amazing. »
