Our house is characterized by the Andalusian-Arabic architecture. The location is ideal, many sights are within walking distance. Craft stores, souk, kasba, cafés, restaurants and banks. The famous square “Outa el Hammam” and the waterfall “Ras El Maa” are also within walking distance.
The house is ideal for families, friends and groups.

-> Bedroom 1 and 2 are connecting rooms, they are connected with a passage door

2ND FLOOR- SEMI OPEN KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM:
SEMI-OPEN KITCHEN:
-> fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful counter
-> fridge and freezer, kettle, gas stove, coffee machine and teapots, plates, cutlery, pots / pans, utensils, blender, oil and spices etc.
-> Dining area

LIVING ROOM:
-> 3 comfortable Moroccan sofas (2 sofas can be used for sleeping)
-> Kami

3RD FLOOR: BEDROOM & 1ST BEDROOM
BEDROOM 3:
-> Comfortable double bed
-> Built-in wardrobe
-> brand new air conditioning
-> integrated bathroom (shower & WC), equipped with soap dispenser and hairdryer.

STAIRROOM 1
-> very beautiful authentic Moroccan mosaic fountain made by hand
-> a bench for seating
-> laundry room equipped with a washing machine. This room remains closed.
You can do your laundry there. The fee is 50 dirhams once for your entire stay. If you would like to take advantage of this offer, please send me a short message.

DACHTERSASSE:

-> from the roof terrace you can relax and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets with a view of the Rif mountains. You will experience a breathtaking view!

Our guests have access to the entire house and terraces.
The house is at your disposal in complete privacy.

***Note to Moroccan citizens and Moroccans residing abroad***
-> According to Moroccan law, couples whose at least one guest is Moroccan must present a marriage certificate!!!

-> Bed linen, towels and extra blankets are included!

-> Check-Out: Until 12:00 noon
-> A baby crib can be provided free of charge on request.
-> Parking: Our house is located in the heart of the car-free Médina, the nearest paid parking is about 5 minutes walk from our house (parking fee: 30 DH/day).
-> The house is unfortunately not suitable for people with limited mobility :-(
-> The rental price includes 20% VAT, accommodation tax, 15% service fee for the booking portal and all costs.
