We were able to use the tubes we brought to swim on a calm water day (there are steep steps to the water, but also a couple close beaches) The Cottages are near some gorgeous hikes! 'The property is beautiful. We were so fortunate to find this home. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and didn't get to enjoy the house nearly as much as we would have liked. ( the girls wanted to stay at the house and skip the tournament) The house was clean and welcoming. A very nice retreat with plenty to do to keep you busy. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your place!'

'Overall an amazing home with beautiful scenery and great proximity to Kreamer & Kin, Heroes Welcome and North Hero House. The twin beds were tough for adults. Nothing the owner can do - and certainly aren’t being critical of anything they did - but the Brazo Zulu restaurant neighbor is a little rough. They play very loud, bad music almost nonstop. This was especially annoying in the morning when you’re trying to relax and enjoy the lake and mountains. Still highly recommend staying here but...

'From the minute we arrived until the time we left we enjoyed this property and all it's amenities immensely. Even when a septic/plumbing issue popped up, the owners were super responsive and the problem was fixed within a timely manner. We can not recommend this property enough for any family wanted to stay on beautiful Lake Champlain '
