'Mold and mildew on one side of the tub. I dropped something on the bathroom floor and when I went down to pick it up, the floor was dirty. The breakfast was not good. No plates were available, only one small yogurt in the cooler, only sugared cereal selection (Fruit Loops and Frosted Flakes), and coffee machine dispensed some of the worse coffee I’ve ever had for breakfast. The waffles were good but it took two people to dispense the batter in a cup for the waffle iron. No tissues were available...

'My friends and I just had the most incredible weekend stay at The Roxy Hotel. Character meets extraordinary comfort as you will sleep sound as a pound in this safe, beautiful town with shops walking distance and the best little coffeehouse/bakery. We had top notch customer care. Upgrades. We will definitely spread the word and be back next year! Two solid thumbs up. '

'Very helpful staff. They are renovating some areas, but there is no construction debris lying around like you usually see with hotel renovations. Room was clean. 'The room was clean and in good condition. The AC barely worked and what sounded like the fridge was making horrible sounds. The shower head had good pressure but terrible water distribution. Lots of crying kids and barking dogs, and overall just a ton of noise from the hotel systems overall. Bed was pretty comfy and the pillows were great. Main reason for 3 stars overall is due to the excessive noise made by the hotel itself which made it hard to sleep and the AC having a very hard time cooling...

'We really loved this hotel. In previous visits to Clayton, I always saw this beautiful hotel and wanted to finally stay the night there. It exceeded our expectations. The resort was very elegant and well maintained. The patio is gorgeous and the pool/ hot tub were comfortable temperatures. This is the place to stay when visiting Clayton.'
